The 47-year-old Toronto waiter has just had the same nightmare that’s dogged him for decades. He’s in the middle of a restaurant that keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger. “It’s the size of a football field,” he says. And he’s out of control. “I’m in the weeds and I can’t catch up.”
